What is THE FLPS Concierge ?

THE FLPS is a private lifestyle concierge dedicated to the French art of living.
We curate bespoke experiences — from fine grocery boxes to exclusive events, personal shopping, and secondary home management — designed for those who value discretion, craftsmanship, and authenticity.

How does the concierge service work ?

Every request begins with a personal consultation.
Once we understand your needs and preferences, we design a tailor-made service plan — whether it’s managing your Parisian residence, curating a gastronomic journey, or organizing a private gathering.
Each project is handled personally by our team to ensure excellence and confidentiality at every stage.

How can I place an order for the gourmet boxes ?

Orders can be made directly through The Boutique section of our website or by mail.
Each box can be preselected (Trianon Garden, Wine & Chocolate Affair, or French Delicacies) or customized upon request.
Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you within 48 hours to finalize details, delivery, and any personalization.

Do you offer international shipping ?

Yes. We ship our boxes internationally, with selected partners specialized in fine food logistics management.
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and will be specified before confirmation.
Certain perishable items may not be available for export outside the EU due to customs restrictions.

Can I personalize a box or request a fully bespoke creation ?

Absolutely. FLPS was built around the principle of bespoke service.
You may select your preferred themes, products, or even include handwritten notes or brand collaborations.
For tailor-made creations, our team will provide a quotation and production timeline before validation.

How do payments work?

Payments are made securely online (bank transfer).
For bespoke services or corporate orders, a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, with the balance due before delivery or completion.
All prices are displayed in euros, VAT included unless otherwise stated.

What is your cancellation and refund policy ?

As all FLPS experiences and boxes are custom-made, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of confirmation only.
After this period, production or reservation costs may apply.
In case of delivery damage or non-conformity, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and our team will review and resolve your claim with priority.

Are your services legally protected ?

Yes. THE FLPS operates under French commercial law and complies with all EU consumer protection regulations (Directive (EU) 2019/2161).
All transactions are subject to our General Terms & Conditions, which outline client rights, data protection, and refund policies in accordance with 2025 e-commerce standards.
